Plot of land of 80.000 m2 located in front of the sea, between Cala Saona and Cap de Barbaría, on the west coast of the island of Formentera.
This plot of land qualifies for requesting a license to build a new house on the strip of land classified as common rustic soil.
The terrain is practically flat, offering smooth slopes. The vegetation is the typical one of the zone, abounding the sabinas and rosemaries.
The property boundaries are clearly delimited by walls of dry stone.
The terrain borders the sea with a spectacular cliff, from where the best sunsets on the island can be seen, with the islet of Es Vedrá at the bottom and part of the south of the island of Ibiza.
The water of the sea that borders the cliff belonging to the land, is crystal clear and turquoise blue in some areas, allowing to see the posidonia so characteristic of the seabed of Formentera, as shown in the photos.
